Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf at Madinat Jumeirah has 283 rooms and suites, situated in 29 summerhouses; each house has a private reception offering each guest 24-hour butler service. All rooms and suites have a private terrace or balcony; the houses are grouped together, enveloping shared pools. Guests have the choice of staying in either an Arabian Summerhouse or a Gulf Summerhouse. Each offer the same room types, but either a garden or ocean view. Arabian Deluxe Rooms have a lounge seating area, a walk-in rain shower and a spacious bedroom area.
