These 16 expertly crafted residences come in three sizes: 400-450sqm, 600-700sqm and the 700sqm spa residence with its private spa facility. All residences are located along the picturesque coastline and are delightfully screened by lush tropical vegetation, ensuring plenty of tranquillity and seclusion. In addition to the spacious bedroom, living room and vestibule with dining area, the residences also boast one large and one smaller bathroom, not to mention a lavish terrace with jacuzzi and infinity pool.
Banyan Hill Estate

This extravagant complex is the largest and most opulent form of accommodation available to guests of Fregate Island Private. Poised on a picturesque hilltop, thereby affording guests panoramic views of the island, beaches and harbour, this bewitching property comes with 3 separate villas, a palatial main building with plenty of living and dining space, a fully serviced kitchen, a private study and a separate TV lounge. Outdoors you will also find an al fresco dining area, a gazebo and a sparkling private infinity pool.
