Restaurants
-
Santosha Restaurant
Dinner overlooking the water just could not be more romantic especially as the food is a delicious selection of International dishes and local Creole ones and a relaxing blend of buffet and ‘live cooking’ with the ‘Catch of the Day’ always a popular choice. There is also a menu with dishes created with a special theme and this theme changes every day. -
Le Combava
This elegant open air restaurant is situated on a roof terrace so the tables offer guests truly magnificent views as they dine. The restaurant’s name is the local term for ‘kaffir lime’ and these are amongst the fine fresh ingredients used skilfully by the Chef to create the outstanding choice of dishes on the a la carte menu. Le Combava is certainly the perfect place for two to enjoy dinner as the sun sinks beyond the horizon. The meal is best enjoyed at a leisurely pace and complemented by a bottle of wine from the hotel’s comprehensive wine cellar.
