Overview

Room Types

Sun Aqua Pasikudah has 32 suites and villas that offer guests the ultimate in luxury. They are spacious and beautifully furnished for comfort and all have either a view of the ocean or wonderful landscaped gardens. The interior design is a complete blend of traditional and contemporary with lots of wood and soft furnishings in mellow shades of nature highlighted with striking splashes of colour. The bedrooms have a king size bed and there is a comfortable living area for relaxing together. The living area has flat screen satellite TV and DVD deck, coffee and tea making facilities and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Facilities

There is fantastic diving and the chance to explore the magic underwater world of the coral reef and enjoy really good water sports in the Pasikudah area. There is so much to explore in Sri Lanka from the exotic wild animals and birds in Manduru Oya National Park to the hot spring wells at Maha Oya. There is also the opportunity to enjoy peace and solitude in spectacular surroundings.

There is a sizeable main pool that overlooks the beach and has a row of coconut trees with hammocks that are definitely beckoning you both! The beach beyond is always quiet and perfect for a stroll or a paddle but because of the coral reef, swimming is easier just a further few minutes walk along the sand At Sun Aqua Pasikudah there is the luxurious spa with its excellent selection of massages and spa treatments using local and organic ingredients and there are five special packages including the Hideaway Dining Experience which is perfect for honeymooners as it combines full body treatments with a great dining experience. There is also a fully equipped gym and tennis court. The hotel also provides regular cookery seasons with the Master Chef which are a fun way to learn about Sri Lankan cuisine.

The Latitude Restaurant offers open air dining at its best. It is lovely and romantic to dine as the sun sinks in the sky and to enjoy a memorable meal of local sea food, fruit and vegetables. The menu offers the best of international cuisine – with a distinct Sri Lankan twist.
