Room Types

This secluded beachfront paradise is situated on the island's east coast and enjoys shallow sea, exotic reefs and myriads of colourful fish. Anantaya Resort has luxurious accommodation that has been tastefully designed. There is air conditioning and free Wi-Fi throughout.

Superior room

This beautiful room has 47 m² of floor area and is really comfortable and attractive as it is decorated in calming neutral tones that are instantly restful! There is a beautiful king size bed with comfortable chairs, flat screen satellite TV, tea and coffee making facilities and a mini fridge. The beautiful bathroom has a walk in shower and gowns, slippers and complimentary toiletries are provided. Outside, there is a lovely balcony with panoramic views of the Indian Ocean.
Deluxe room

This room has a slightly larger floor area (54m²) it definitely takes luxury to the next level! There is an attractive wooden king size bed and in the bathroom an elegant freestanding oval bath tub and walk-in shower. There is a large furnished balcony with beautiful views to add relaxation!
Suite with private pool

This beautiful suite is perfect for honeymooners! With 95m² of floor space it is spacious, with an attractive king size bed and comfortable chairs and in the stylish bathroom there is a bathtub and separate shower. Outside there is a furnished balcony, private pool – and your privacy is protected by walls – and there is a delighted thatched gazebo with table and chairs plus sunbeds.

Facilities

The Anantaya Resort & Spa promises a wonderfully relaxing honeymoon! The hotel pool is simply stunning and sizeable with footbridge over it and sun bathing areas. The resort spa is so relaxing with some wonderful pampering treatments. There is a good gym as well and badminton, volleyball and water polo. With such a good location there are excellent water sports too including jet skiing, water skiing, deep diving and snorkelling.

For those who want to explore there are various excursions including one to see the elephants and for the romantics, there is a lovely sunset cruise.

Restaurants

There are two lovely restaurants at Anantaya Resort & Spa and two fun bars – one called Sands is situated right on the beach and Splash is the swim up pool bar. If you prefer to dine in your accommodation that can easily be arranged too!

Seaboard Deck

Open throughout the day for meals, this is an attractive and welcoming restaurant. There are some beautiful Sri Lanka dishes to enjoy and many international favourites too.
The Singing Fish

A wonderful name and equally wonderful food to enjoy! This restaurant specializes in fresh seafood and fusion dishes and it does both really well!
Blue Coral

This intimate dining restaurant seats up to 50 guests and serves some of the finest seafood dishes in the region.
