Natural beauty with the backdrop of Mount Fuji looming over Lake Ashi is truly a sight to behold in this lovely town, which is known for its hot springs and red ‘torii’ gate. Enjoy a night in an authentic Japanese Inn where you can indulge in hot spring baths and a delicious Japanese-style dinner – what a perfect way to begin your time in Hakone on your honeymoon. Say goodbye to Hakone as you hop on the bullet train to Kyoto, which takes around 2hrs and 10 minutes. The next day, your local guide will meet you at your hotel to explore the backstreets of Kyoto to see the city’s most famous sights as well as some lesser-known sights to add to your list!
