Room Types

Rooms are stylish with richly coloured soft furnishings that accentuate the whiteness of the bed linen and walls. Each room has been individually designed to reflect the Cape heritage and charm and have handcrafted decorative touches, artwork by local painters and Cape Dutch antiques. All rooms are light and bright with French windows. There is an extra large bed, living area with flat screen satellite TV, iPod docking station, tea and coffee making facilities, mini bar with drinks and snacks. The bathrooms are generously sized and stylish in marble with both bath and shower, dressing gowns, slippers and toiletries are provided. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are throughout. Guests can enjoy a morning cup of tea or coffee in their room and will be brought their favourite newspaper.

Luxury room

This delightful room has 45m² of floor space and is warm and elegant in style. The French windows open and there is a choice of views; either of the bustling working harbour or of the iconic Table Mountain. There is a comfortable king size bed, reading corner with chairs and the stylish bathroom with bath and shower.
Table Mountain Luxury Room

Picturesque views of Table Mountain, Signal Hill or the yacht marina can be reveled in this well-appointed room furnished with elegant touches and personalised details such as an intimate reading area with your own book selection. Each room is beautifully furnished with dressing area, marble bathroom with separate bath and shower, mini bar and Juliet balcony.
Superior room

This extremely comfortable room (50m²) is also available with a choice of wonderful views of either the harbour of Table Mountain and the V& A waterfront. This room type has the advantage of a balcony with table and chairs so that you can enjoy quiet moments together over a glass of South African wine as you enjoy the view.
Table Mountain Superior Room

Enjoy an opulent stay in this spacious room with stunning views of the V&A Waterfront, yacht marina and Table Mountain. With ample space, these rooms feature a walk-in closet, living area, dressing room and marble bathroom with separate bath and shower. The French doors lead to your balcony to enjoy the marvellous vistas.
Rooftop Luxury Room

These rooms are the perfect place for couples to retreat! There is a choice of views of Table Mountain and the V&A waterfront or the harbour and the room (35m²) is very comfortable with a living area, dressing area, beautiful extra large double and marble bathroom. There is a furnished balcony for relaxing and enjoying views of Cape Town.
Rooftop Terrace Room

Located on the top floor, take in the awe-inspiring views of Table Mountain, yacht marina or the harbour from your spacious balcony. Inside, revel in romance with the luxurious marble bathroom with separate bath and shower. Each room features robes and slipper, satellite TV, fresh flowers and personally selected books and a fully stocked mini bar.
Penthouse Suite

This suite offers honeymoon couples sumptuous living and privacy. There are two penthouse suites at Grace Hotel. With 80m² the Penthouse Suite has a spacious living area, dining area and bedroom area with separate marble bathroom. There are wonderful wrap around views and private roof top terrace with outside dining area – perfect for dinner for two– and a Jacuzzi.
1-Bedroom Suite

These romantic suites offer 90 sqm of spacious living with a separate lounge and dining area with in-room entertainment for quiet nights in. Marvel at the views of the yacht marina or Cape Town’s working harbour from the balcony before setting off to explore more. Each room features outdoor dining area and a marble bathroom with separate bath and shower.
2-Bedroom Suite

These sumptuous two bedroom suites make you feel like you’re right at home with comforts such as a kitchen, sunny lounge and dining area for all your guests to enjoy. The private en-suite bathrooms feature a separate bath and shower. Room amenities include satellite TV, tea and espresso machine, iPod docking station, fully stocked mini bar and safe.
3-Bedroom Suite

Ideal for friends and family travelling together or those seeking ultimate space, these three bedroom suites feature its own private entrance, equipped kitchen area and dining room, spacious furnished patio or balcony overlooking the Waterfront below. Room amenities include satellite TV, tea and espresso machine, iPod docking station, fully stocked mini bar and safe.

Facilities

For an utterly relaxing honeymoon, Cape Grace features a beautiful swimming pool with spacious deck area with beckoning sun loungers. There is the attractive Cape Grace Spa overlooking the waterfront offering African inspired treatments including the signature Kalahari massages. The treatments include healing scrubs and oils and you will leave the Spa feeling revived from top to toe!

The hotel is just five minutes drive from the Metropolitan golf course. There are free transfers using the hotel's BMW to anywhere within a ten-mile radius, which is convenient!

If you enjoy keeping fit whilst away, the hotel’s top floor fitness studio with the option to enjoy a one-on-one private lesson.

Restaurants

Dishes inspired by local flavours can be enjoyed in the hotel's award-winning restaurant. If you would like a traditional afternoon tea, there is one served in the library every afternoon. The hotel also has a poplar bar- Bascule.

Signal Restaurant

This restaurant is very regal in its design. Breakfast is a generous cold buffet or a hot a la carte dish and for lunch there is a good selection of light and/or healthy options. There is an excellent menu for dinner and is accompanied by some excellent South African wines.
Bascule Bar

Located on the water’s edge of the V&A Waterfront yacht marine, this cosy bar features a staggering 400 whiskies found around the globe as well as offering a selection of the Cape’s most delicious wines.
Afternoon Tea

Indulge in afternoon tea in the cosy library where you can enjoy a good book together over a steaming pot of tea and a selection of afternoon delicacies.
