Nestling in 100 acres of tropical gardens on the slopes of Mt Nevis lies the Golden Rock Inn resort. Imagine a private hilltop hideaway on one of the prettiest Caribbean islands, surrounded by mountains and lush tropical gardens with spectacular views of the azure sea and neighbouring islands of Antigua and Montserrat. Room Types

Each of the 11 rooms in this old converted mill have been individually designed and decorated. All rooms are attractively decorated and furnished in white with accents of tropical colours in pictures and soft furnishings. There is complimentary Wi-Fi throughout. The rooms have outside terraces with chairs and tables for relaxing and lounging plus stunning views. Inside there are king size beds and ceiling fans, bathrooms with bath tubs. Complimentary al fresco breakfast is served daily.

Paradise Cottage

This idyllic cottage nestles amongst tropical greenery. There is a garden at the rear with a lovely terrace and peep through the bamboo and you can see Windward Beach. Inside, there is a high wooden vaulted ceiling and carved dark wood King sized bed with crisp white linen and gorgeous vibrantly coloured cushions and throw. The attractive bathroom has a bath and complimentary toiletries by Le Labo. Paradise Cottage is the perfect honeymoon hideaway.
Mount Pleasant

This delightful cottage painted in Caribbean blue nestles on the hillside and has magnificent sea views. Outside there is an attractive terrace and inside a comfortable kingsize bed and bathroom with bath
Morning Star

There are two totally separate parts two Morning Star Cottages, painted in Caribbean blue and pink and the left hand one is cocooned by bamboo making it a really romantic hideaway. There is an outdoor terrace for relaxation and inside a lovely bamboo kingsize bed and large bathroom with bath.
Windward

Windward Cottage sits in its own garden amongst the acacia trees and has a lovely view of Windward Beach and beyond. Inside there is a comfortable kingsize bed with pristine white linen and bath with dressing area. The verandah has a romantic rattan sofa as well as chairs and table for casual al fresco dining.
Cocowalk

A private leafy path leads the way to Cocowalk which is a light airy white room with pale green soft furnishings and rattan chairs in the living area. The bathroom has a refreshing rain shower and outside on the back terrace there is plenty of room with chairs for relaxing and a table for romantic al fresco meals.
Dar Garden Room

The Dar Garden Room is a delightful West Indian cottage with white painted pitched ceilings inside giving it a bright airy character. There is a beautifully private back terrace and garden, bordered by a dry stone wall. Dor is very private and very special as it has authentic Caribbean charm.

Facilities

Golden Rock Inn is in a picturesque setting and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature at its best. There is a beautiful fresh water swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers close by. The Inn’s delightful gardens with their tropical trees and flowers are fun to wander in and there are birds, butterflies and even small monkeys to admire.

Each property has a private balcony or terrace to laze on. If you feel like being energetic there is mountain biking, hiking through the rainforest or up Mount Nevis, windsurfing, snorkeling as well exploring the beautiful beaches of Nevis.

Restaurants

The cuisine in Nevis is as fresh as it can be and all the tropical fruit and vegetables used at Golden Rock Inn are sourced from neighbouring farmers. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served alfresco on dining decks overlooking the sea, or within intimate garden settings. The bar is situated within the building and is popular for its signature cocktails including the Mount St. Helena and Golden Rock’s renown Rum Punch.

The Rocks Restaurant

Situated in a beautiful old barrel vaulted building with wooden table, scarlet director’s chairs and candles are outside on the terrace overlooking the water pools, this is romantic al fresco dining at its best! Fresh fish and lobsters are brought to the Chefs straight from the fishing boats and the menu is an irresistible selection of Caribbean and international classics.
