Room Types

There are 411 guest rooms and suites at Kimpton EPIC Hotel and each one has an attractive balcony with table and chairs. The views are awesome throughout the day but at night are truly spectacular, offering the most magical backdrop to your Miami honeymoon. Each room has a living area with comfortable chairs and a 55” Smart TV. The king size beds are comfortable and the en suite bathrooms have both a soaking tub and rain shower.

Water View Premier Room

With 44 sq m of floor area, this room is generously sized and lovely and bright with floor to ceiling windows that lead out onto the furnished balcony, which has fabulous views over Biscayne Bay. Inside is elegantly styled in restful shades of coffee and white. There is a living area with comfortable chairs and a king size bed with a stylish padded headboard. The bathroom has both a rain shower and bath tub.This room type is available as a Tall Room. There are 13 such rooms and they all have the advantage of an extra long bed (2.4 m) and raised shower heads which makes them extra comfortable for taller guests.
King Premium

This room has the same floor space, but is even more luxurious than the Premier Room. With floor to ceiling windows that lead out onto the balcony, there is plenty of opportunity to relax over a drink and admire the city views. Inside, there is a comfortable living area, king size bed and stylish en suite with bathtub and walk-in rain shower.
Junior Suite

This spacious suite (65 sq m) has an attractive balcony with table and chairs for soaking up Miami’s sunshine. There are floor to ceiling sliding windows that lead inside to the beautiful loft style suite. There is a separate living room with sofa, armchairs and tables and a lovely bedroom with king size bed. The bathroom has both bathtub and walk-in rain shower.
Water View One Bedroom Suite

Luxurious, spacious and extremely private, this lovely suite (88 sq m) has two balconies with amazing views of Biscayne Bay. Inside there is a spacious sitting room with comfortable armchairs and a dining area. The separate bedroom has a king size bed and stylish en suite with a bathtub and rain shower.

The Exhale Spa is truly luxurious and enjoys spectacular views of Miami and the waterways. This stylish spa offers a wonderful range of treatments that encourage deep relaxation. If you prefer to work out, there is a fitness centre with daily keep fit classes to join together.

The hotel is situated just ten minutes from the beach and has its own beautiful marina where it is possible to arrange a boat trip or deep-sea fishing trip.

Area 31

This lovely restaurant is the main restaurant and is situated on the 16th floor with views of the waterfront and marina. There are tables inside or out on the stylish terrace and they are all coloured black for maximum impact. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and serves a really good Sunday brunch. The evening menu is ocean inspired with plenty of great seafood dishes.
Zuma Waterfront Dining

Serving sophisticated and modern Japanese cuisine in a vibrant environment, the character of this lovely restaurant is modelled on the informal Japanese style Izakaya.
Epic Pop Up

This intimate restaurant is situated up on the roof, poolside and because of this fact it is seasonal! This lovely restaurant offers stunning views and upscale Mediterranean fare with classic and innovative dishes from Italy, Greece and Spain.
