Room Types

With just 50 private villas each finished with stylish Maldivian touches, you are assured of an intimate stay. Each villa features air-conditioning, a flat-screen television, DVD player, espresso machine and minibar.

Beach Villas

Elegant and fresh interiors line the Beach villas, allowing you to slip into a cosy haven in the Maldives. Enjoy uninterrupted views of the beach directly from your private deck area. This spacious villa includes a king size bed, air conditioning, flat screen TV with DVD, iPod docking system, mini bar, safe and an espresso machine.
Beach Pool Villas

Similar to the Beach villas, these Beach pool villas are also situated along the beach, steps away from the ocean. These spacious 120 sq. m villas feature a King sized bed, very own private pool with sun loungers, an oversized bathroom featuring a bath tub, twin vanity and seperate indoor and outdoor showers, in your own private garden. Guests can also enjoy uninterrupted views from their private large outdoor deck area offering an inviting day bed, dining area and private pool.
Water Villas

Poised over the Indian Ocean, the water villas offer elegant living over the dreamy lagoon with incredible bathroom and bedroom views. The water villas will make you feel like you have escaped to your own little retreat, with everything you could possibly need. Facilities include a king size bed, air conditioning, flat screen TV, mini bar, espresso machine, safe and iPod docking system.
Water Pool villa

These 151 sq. m Water pool villas set over the Indian Ocean, offer elegant living over the dreamy lagoon with incredible bathroom and bedroom views. Step outside to your own private deck with a pool and step down to the ocean. It also offers a comfortable seating area with day bed and sun loungers.
Duplex Pool Villas

Enjoy a spacious 184 sq. m Duplex pool villa, where built on two levels, with the upper floor featuring a spacious bedroom with king bed, separate bathroom including a rainfall shower, toilet and a balcony with magnificient views. The ground floor comes with a spacious living area, a second garden bathroom with freestanding bath and rainfall shower. Step outside to your private pool villa to soak up the Maldivian sun in the privacy of your own space. For romantic candlelit dinner, enjoy the dining area on the private deck.
Lonubo Beach Villa

During the daytime the resort’s spectacular infinity swimming pool is a great way to cool off or soak the sunshine from the cute poolside cabanas. For a more energetic time during your honeymoon, the fully equipped fitness centre will ensure you stay trim on your honeymoon.

Alternatively guests can trying some of the fun-filled leisure activities on offer. These range from snorkelling and water sports to sunset cruises and big-game fishing; and after sunset you can enjoy the nightly entertainment laid on by the resort, whether it’s the exotic strains of local music on Maldivian Night or a cosy evening movie screening.

Maafushivaru offers a great selection of buffet and à la carte dining options with a different flavour and taste to savour every meal of your honeymoon also includes an all inclusive package. The Half Board dining package includes breakfast and dinner at the Cuisine Gallery, while Half Board Plus offers a wide range of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Upgrade your dining experience to the Dine-Around All Inclusive package, which also includes breakfast at Cuisine Gallery, with lunch and inner at any of the operational a la carte restaurants.

There is also a number of private dining options dotted around this wonderful island along with the great poolside bar with stunning sea views. For a romantic evening dinner overlooking the Indian Ocean, either from the wooden jetty or the soft sands of the beach, the A La Carte Dining experience allows you to enjoy privacy while you enjoy the tastes of an a la Carte menu. Cuisine Gallery

The island’s main restaurant, Cuisine Gallery, serves Mediterranean and Asian cuisine infused with local flavours. This chic restaurant features airy, open seating and an additional terrace that overlooks the lagoon.
Moodhu Grill

Set on the edge of the beach, head to the signature restaurant Moodhu Grill, serving high quality meats, fish, seafood and a range of dishes from its tandoor oven. it is perfect for al fresco dining by the sea.
Las Tapas

By the poolside, enjoy Las Tapas which offers light options from salads to tapas-style bites for lunch.
Isola (Ocean cafe)

Set above the Water bar is the Ocean Cafe which serves pizzas, pastas, burgers and salads during the day, with a contemporary western menu for dinner.
Umi (Oishii)

Set over the water, this is Maafushivaru’s stylish Japanese restaurant, home to an array of Teppanyaki and sushi. This is ideal for guests who enjoy a Teppanyaki dining experience with a theatrical performance.
Library Lounge

In between meals, stop off at the Library Lounge coffee shop for a specialty coffee or a refreshing cup of tea and browse through the selection of books and magazines as you sip your drink.
Water bar
