Room Types

The rooms and suites at the Taj Campton Place are both spacious and luxurious. Elegantly styled in the softest tones of coffee and white with highlights in the shade of bitter chocolate, they are the perfect ‘home from home’ for your honeymoon in the City by the Bay. There is a living area with armchairs, love seat or chaise longue and writing desk. For leisurely moments there is an iHome TV with NFC Bluetooth, Nespresso machine and well stocked mini bar. The king size bed is provided with a pillow menu. The attractive bathroom has limestone tiles and both a bathtub and walk-in shower. A bathroom menu and bath salts are provided with comfortable dressing gowns and slippers. A complimentary daily newspaper is delivered to the room and there is air conditioning throughout.

California King Room

This attractive room (23 sq m) is pleasantly light with net curtains at the window and attractive pear wood panelling. There is a lovely wood floor with a large rug and king size bed. There are comfortable armchairs in the living area and a writing desk. The bathroom is decorated in lovely limestone tiles and has a bathtub and open plan walk-in rain shower.
Deluxe King Room

Beautifully spacious (33 sq m) and with amazing cityscape views of San Francisco, this room is ideal for relaxing in after a day out seeing the sights. To enjoy the views from the window, there is a comfortable built-in window seat and other armchairs. There is the opportunity to stretch out on the king size bed and read the complimentary newspaper or enjoy a bath or shower and then snuggle up in the complimentary bathrobes and slippers. This room is also available as a Deluxe Room Accessible which is perfect for wheelchair users.
Stockton Street Deluxe Room

Situated on floors 2-16 at the front of the hotel, which stands on the famous Stockton Street, this delightful room (33 sq m) is elegantly furnished in coffee and white with highlights in rich colour. There are pieces of classical artwork adorning the walls and the choice of the window seat or chaise longue for quiet moments. The bathroom has either a walk-in shower or bathtub with shower.
Union Square Deluxe Room

With great views of the famous Union Square and SOMA (South of the Market Area), this room enjoys great views of the ebb and flow of city life. Situated on floors 10-15, these rooms have a floor area of 34 square metres which includes a comfortable living area, king size bed and stylish en suite with deep soaking tub.
Campton Suite King Room

This stylish suite (43 sq m) has a lovely window seat for sitting and soaking up the views over Union Square. The living room and bedroom are separate and the suite is carpeted throughout. The living room is beautifully furnished with a coffee coloured velvet suite with highlights in cinnamon and there is a coffee table and writing desk.
Executive Suite King Bed

With colourful views over Union Square, this expansive suite (72 sq m) is luxurious and restful. There is a spacious living room with comfortable sofa and armchairs plus a dining table in a palette of soft coffee with cinnamon highlights. The separate king size bedroom is also in muted tones of coffee with splashes of dusky pink.

Elegantly decorated and with tables shimmering with crystal and gleaming silver and beautiful white tablecloths that sweep the floor, this restaurant offers fine dining at its best with unique Cal-Indra cuisine created by the Michelin starred Chef. Using the finest Californian produce and cooking them with the smoke, fire and braising techniques found in Indian regional cuisine plus an array of herbs and spices, the dishes are simply breathtaking. To accompany the meals there is an excellent wine cellar with a ‘by the glass’ policy so that the wines can be carefully paired with your chosen dishes.
