Room Types

The Chedi Club used to be the home of one of Bali's most celebrated architects so is very stylish. The hotel stands in beautiful grounds that are immaculately maintained and there are lotus ponds and two lakes with black and white swans. Rooms and suites at the Chedi Club are truly stunningly beautiful. The rooms are spacious and exquisitely furnished with dark wood furniture with some pieces stylishly decorated in traditionally Balinese style. The white walls and bed linen complement the richness of the colour of the wood and the local art work in glorious harmony which radiates tranquillity.

Each of the rooms/suites are spacious with a bedroom and living area with comfortable chairs and desk. There is a 32” flat screen satellite TV, home theatre system, tea and coffee making facilities and daily re-stocked mini bar. The beautiful bathroom is half in and half out, with the bath tub inside and the walk in shower outside. Bathrobe, slippers and complimentary toiletries are provided. There is air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout. Outside, there is a lovely private terrace.

There is a private butler service provided and some lovely extra features including a basket of seasonal fruit basket and daily newspaper. Six pieces of laundry per person can be cleaned free of charge.

One bedroom suite

This is a truly beautiful suite (70 sq m) with wooden floors and white walls and attractive dark wood furniture and a queen sized bed, spacious lounge area and a stunning bathroom. The furnished private terrace overlooks the lotus and lily ponds and also the lush gardens.
One bedroom pool villa

This beautiful villa is ideal for honeymooners or couples. Inside there is 280 sq m of floor space with a combined living and bedroom area with a queen sized bed and fireplace. There is a truly stylish bathroom. Outside there is an eight metre pool and generous sun decks and these are wonderfully private as they are surrounded by walls. Some villas do have a screen that can be opened or closed to reveal wonderful vistas of the paddy fields. This villa is inclusive of club service.
The Hadiprana Villa

This is a simply stunning villa which is so spacious (570 sq m) and very luxurious. There is a lovely lounge and an elegant master bedroom with a queen bed and en suite bathroom with outdoor jacuzzi. There is a second bedroom with a bathroom. Outside there is a ten metre private pool with an extensive sun deck with sun loungers and a large bale plus outdoor dining facilities – sure is a magical retreat for couples.

Facilities

The Chedi club is home to a relaxing spa and wellness retreat, with a range of Asian-inspired treatments, facial and nail care. The Spa offers a wide range of soothing facial and body treatments plus signature treatments like the Chedi Jade Massage and classic Indonesian cream bath, whilst using an array of natural and local ingredients. Guests using the spa suites will have access to a sunken, oversized bath tub, indoor showers and steam baths whilst taking in the spectacular views of the rice paddies.

Additional amenities includes a well equipped fitness center, a truly beautiful long swimming pool with adjoining sun terrace down the side with tempting sun loungers and traditional rattan sun umbrellas, complimentary yoga classes, tennis classes and fun cookery classes. You can also get the chance to enjoy a morning trek guided by your private butler through the paddy fields.

There is a regular shuttle bus to the centre of Ubud. There is complimentary high tea every afternoon and cocktails at sun down.

Excursions include a one-of-a-kind ballooning adventure to witness Ubud’s beauty from above, barbecue under the stars, private access to the museum, painting your own future Balinese masterpiece, a romantic feast in the rice paddies, a guided trek in search of the Hindu goddess who protects this iconic Bali, a purification ceremony in Pejeng and not forgetting the Kecak dance and dinner.

Restaurants

The Chedi can cater for your needs, as well as the option for in-room dining. For a unforgettable evening for two, a romantic private Balinese dinner can be arranged by your butler amidst the paddy fields, under the stars, lit by candles and fireflies.

The Restaurant

The Restaurant offers clear panoramic views of Tanah Gajah’s rice fields and the tropical jungle beyond from every table. It is open for all meals from breakfast through to dinner. The Chef uses vegetables from the organic garden to create wonderful Balinese and Asian cuisine.
The Pool Bar

The pool bar is perfect for relaxing and recharging by the pool having a cocktail and cigar on a padded sun lounger or at one of the tables inside the thatched-roof pool house.
