Fortress Room

The 753 sq ft Fortress Rooms are located on either the upper or ground floor and come with a private terrace or balcony. An elegantly decorated room with a king size bed and full-length French windows, giving excellent views of the surrounding areas. The marble tiled bathroom features a shower, full length mirrors ad designer toilets.
Ocean Room

Magnificent views of the Indian Ocean and serene gardens can be had from the 700 sq ft Ocean Rooms. The large open plan bathroom and spacious bedroom and living areas give this upper floor room a luxurious feel. Amenities include coffee and tea maker, safe, hair dryer, Wi-Fi and TV.
Beach Room

A beachfront terrace, Jacuzzi bath, king-size bed and views of the silky white beaches and the shimmering Indian Ocean are some of the intimate delights guests get when staying in the 700 sq ft Beach Room. Amenities include coffee and tea maker, safe, hair dryer, Wi-Fi and TV.
Beach Splash Rooms

The Beach splash Rooms feature an indoor private plunge pool and panoramic views of the turquoise Indian Ocean, pristine beach and picturesque gardens. Each 700 sq ft room has an open plan bathroom with Jacuzzi, designer sinks, full-length mirrors and rain shower. Amenities include coffee and tea maker, safe, hair dryer, Wi-Fi and TV.
Ocean Loft Suites

The two-floor 1507 sq ft Ocean Loft suite allow guests to relax in their private indoor plunge pool and enjoy breathtaking views from your sea view balcony. The first floor houses the bathroom and spacious bedroom, including king bed. Downstairs has the plunge pool, living area and floor to ceiling windows. Amenities include coffee and tea maker, safe and Wi-Fi.
The Fortress Residence

The Fortress Residences offers 2582 sq ft of space and is situated on the upper floor; the spacious rooms include the services of a private butler throughout your stay. An infinity-edged plunge pool on our balcony lets guests take in the spectacular views of the Sri Lankan coastline. Amenities include coffee and tea maker, safe, hair dryer, Wi-Fi and TV.

Facilities

A large and luxurious swimming pool with massage jets is available for all guests, located on the beach front guests can enjoy wither the warm, inviting Indian Ocean or the pool without moving sun loungers.

The Lime SPA has six dual spa suites and an Ayurvedic treatment sanctuary. A trained therapist will guide you through your treatment and ensure you leave the serene spa feeling relaxed and completely rejuvenated.

International and Sri Lankan dishes can be ordered at White for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Duo

An intimate and mellow dining experience can be had at fine-dining restaurant DUO. Guests can choose from over 2000 wines to accompany the international cuisine.
Salty Snapper

Located by the beach, Salty Snapper is an all-day dining restaurant serving up delicious seafood and is open for lunch and dinner.
T-Lounge

Experience Sri Lanka’s unique tea culture in the resorts ‘T’ Bar. Guests can observe a traditional tea making ceremony and taste some authentic Sri Lankan tea.
