Room Types

Each of the rooms and suites at UNICO 20º 87º Riviera Maya has been beautifully designed to offer relaxing comfort. With sleek lines, neutral colours and the use of natural materials, there is plenty of local character with wall art, patterns on soft furnishings and handcrafted furniture and ornamental details. Each of the rooms/suites has comfortable seating, a 55” flat screen TV, USB charger and JBL Bluetooth sound system. There is a Nespresso machine and mini bar. In the bedroom area there is a locally crafted wooden king size bed and there is an aromatherapy and pillow menu available. The bathrooms are fitted with sliding doors and windows and gowns, slippers and toiletries are provided. In the bathrooms there are walk-in showers, fitted with a hand shower too and twin vanity basins There is high speed Wi-Fi throughout. All rooms/suites have an anfitriÓn – a personalised local host, who is available 24 hours a day.

Alcoba

With clean lines and soft natural hues that enhance the wooden furniture, this stylish room is very comfortable. There is a king size bed, comfortable chairs and stylish bathroom with shower and twin basins. Outside there is a private terrace with sun loungers and hydro spa tub. This room type is available with tropical or pool views.
Alcoba Swim Up Pool

Situated on the ground floor, this attractive 55m² room has a living area with sofa and coffee table. There is a comfortable king size bed and elegant bathroom with shower and twin basins. Outside there is a secluded terrace with table and chairs and two inviting sunbeds in the water! This room is ideal for honeymooners looking for a tranquil base to relax, with easy access to the pool from the terrace.

This attractive room (55m²) has been specially designed and treated for allergy suffers to ensure that they get well-rested sleep. Outside on the private terrace there are sun loungers and a spa tub to enjoy together on your honeymoon.
Alcoba Ocean View

With beautiful unobstructed views of the ocean, this attractive 55m² room has a natural colour palette to maximise on the beautiful natural colours outside. Inside, there is a living area with sofa and armchairs by the floor to ceiling sliding windows. There is a king size bed and stylish bathroom with spa bath, twin basins and lovely classically designed mirrors. On the private terrace, there is a lounging area and double hydro spa tub. This room type is also available as an Ocean Front with panoramic views of the ocean.
Estencia Suite

This extensive suite (55m²) really is perfect for relaxing living, as it is a perfect blend of rustic and modern. There is a large and comfortable living room with sofa, armchairs and dining table and chairs. There is a separate bedroom with lovely king size bed and in the elegant bathroom there is a hydro spa tub and twin basins. Outside on the private terrace, there are comfortable sun loungers and a hydro spa tub. This room type is available as Estencia Suite Tropical, which overlooks the exotic leafy foliage of the gardens.

UNICO 20º 87º Riviera Maya has great facilities that can be enjoyed by everyone as it has completely redefined the term 'all-inclusive'. There are three beautiful geometric pools with double day beds and sun loungers standing in water. One of the pools has rafts and sets by a DJ.

There is a holistic fitness program with personal trainers, yoga, and meditation as well as beachfront classes. There is a state of the art gym that is impressively equipped. The relaxing spa offers 12 different treatments and has a hydrotherapy circuit.

The hotel has a wonderful array of activities including two nearby golf courses, scuba diving and other water sports, the chance to swim with the dolphins and a great choice of local tours to fill your honeymoon with wonderful memories.

For the energetic honeymooners, there is basketball and tennis, but if you don't feel like being active, the mixology program/lessons are great fun!

This restaurant offers you an elevated dining experience in a warm intimate setting. Mi Carisa is the finest dining at the hotel and serves as an ideal place to spend a romantic evening with excellent food. Mi Carisa focuses on the flavours and traditions of Italian coastal cuisine and the chefs recreate the authentic smokey flavours using a wood-burning stove.
Cuesa Siete

Cuesa Siete means 'Cave Seven' and is named after the seven caves in Mayan mythology. The menu draws inspiration from Yucatan and is regionally focused on Mayan culture and this restaurant is as colourful as the food as it is in an informal setting beachside.
Mura House

This stylish restaurant focuses on Asian cuisine and in particular, Japanese cuisine. The Chefs have adopted three key principles: harmony of flavour, precision of preparation and quality of ingredients and the result is a fabulous menu embracing three cuisines; teppanytaki, yakiton and sushi.
20.87 Restaurant

This delightful beachside restaurant launches the day with a brilliant morning buffet, which includes delicious Mexican pastries and bread. Lunch is a selection of light but tasty dishes and dinner is a selection of excellent grills – both meat and fish.
Inez Café

Embracing European café culture, this is the perfect place to refuel and recharge! Open from 06.00- 02.00, this is the perfect venue for 'light bites' and drinks including salads and paninis with fresh fruit juices and coffees.
