Syeda and Mohammed spent their 2-week honeymoon exploring the busting city of Singapore and the charmingly beautiful landscapes of Bali. We catch up with them to see what they thought of the hotels and if they would consider returning back to Singapore or Bali. Read on to discover their adventures…
“We flew with Qatar airlines as well as changes to smaller airlines such as Singapore and Garuda airlines. All flights included meals and were comfortable. The changes were made with ease and hassle free.”
“The rooms in Bali were spectacular. We had a pool in every accommodation booked in Bali, as they were private villas. The most amazing accommodation would have to be Banyan Tree in Ungasan. The service, the views, the villa, the food, it was all first class and pure luxury. I would not change anything, as we were happy with everything.”
“The Marina Mandarin was lovely with spacious rooms and the view of Singapore from our balcony was perfect. The buffet breakfast was also great and the location was good with a shopping mall right under the hotel. Perfect.”

“We did a lot of sight seeing in Bali, seeing the rice terraces, the Ubud markets, galleries and many temples. We also did an ATV ride, which took us to the centre of Bali – this was an amazing experience, especially in torrential rain!”
“At each accommodation they went out their way to make it special. The Banyan Tree Ungasan added honeymoon benefits, which included romantic petal baths, complimentary meals as well as gifts on departure.”

“In Singapore we did plenty of sightseeing, visiting all the shopping malls and designer stores. We also had a fantastic half-day city tour, which showed us all the main attractions of Singapore.
At Banyan Tree Ungasan, Alila Ubud and Alila Villas, the dining was great. The breakfast each morning was plentiful and amazing quality with a variety of choices. We splashed out at the Ju Ma Na restaurant at the Banyan Tree Ungasan and had a great fine dining experience with delicious food!”
“The customer service was fantastic. The staff was very helpful, friendly and attentive. They made sure any requests were carried out quickly. They were also very informative regarding excursions and transport in Bali.
We thought Bali was a beautiful country with so much to see and do. We will definitely visit again and we would love to stay at Banyan Tree Ungasan again!
As for Singapore, we would sum this up in one word – spectacular! We will definitely be visiting again, but with more money for shopping!”
How was the Honeymoon Dreams service?

What advice would you give to couples looking to have their honeymoon in Singapore and Bali?
It might be worth booking Bali excursions in advance as they can be a little more expensive when you are there.
