A unique and special piece of engineering iconic to Las Vegas’ impressive architectural allure. The impressive structure is classed as one of America’s seven modern Civil Engineering Wonders. Built in 1935 and standing more than 700 feet tall this structure is majestic and boasts the width of Black Canyon. Providing 2000 megawatts of hydro-electric power for Californai, Colorado and Nevada, the Hoover Dam is a crucial part in fuelling Las Vegas’ bustling nightlife.
You’ll have 2 hours to explore this world famous Da, learn about it’s construction and be taken 500 foot down into the Dam. Explore the museum and walk across the Mike O’Callaghan-Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge, which offers nothing but spectacular views of Las Vegas, before returning back to the hotels, stopping for lunch at the famous Vinny’s Pizzeria and Italian Restaurant so you can have a bite to eat for lunch! (Lunch not included)
